Options For Lift Travel Trailer For More Ground Clearance
Question:
Im having a ground clearance issue when backing my Travel trailer into my sloped driveway. Is there an adjustable airbag system I can have installed that will allow me to adjust up and down when backing in? Thanks in advance.

I have a few options for raising your travel trailer to give you more ground clearance, but there is no air bag system that will raise and lower your trailer as needed.
If you have the common 3,500lb axle the easiest option is an over-under kit assuming your leaf springs are currently installed underneath your axle. Using kit # K71-384-00 per axle will raise your trailer by around 4-5" depending on how many leaves your springs have.
if you already have the leaf springs on top of the axle then the only option is using the correct track # RR23QX if you have tandem axles, or # LC87120. These kit's bolt onto your hangers and give you 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" of lift depending which mounting hole you use.
