What are the 2 wires for on the the solenoid? My current A-60 only has the 1 blue wire for the reverse lockout

Some reverse lockout solenoids have one wire as they ground through the coupler to the frame whereas some have a separate ground wire like with the Replacement Inner Member for Dexter DX7.5L part # DX39FR. The blue wire would get ran to the reverse circuit and white wire gets ran to the ground.
