With your 2022 Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pack 365Pack16 being 43-1/2' in length you'll most likely need the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote - 6-Point Set # LC675817, but it's still best to measure to determine if the 6-point is needed over the 4-point.

To do this you'll need to just take your tape measure from the center of the landing gears to 1' behind the rear axle. if this measurement is less than 20' then you need the 4-point # LC358590, if it's greater than 20' then you need the 6-point # LC675817. Since you said you were prepped you may already have the mounting brackets in place for the jack legs, which would mean all you have to do is count the brackets. If you have two brackets then you'd go with the 4-point # LC358590, and if you have for brackets you'd go with the 6-point # LC675817.
