Recommended Camera System For A Prewired 2021 Coachmen Chaparral 284RLS 5th Wheel Trailer

Just purchased a 2021 coachmen chaparral 284rls 5th wheel would like to get a camara system the hooks up to factory pre-wired can you advise what system to purchase

There isn't a guide that tells us what system was prewired into your 2021 Coachmen Chaparral 284RLS but the most common setup is Furrion. The prewiring in the back should have a cover with Furrion or Voyager on it. Furrion uses a unique "shark fin" style mount (pictured below) that you can identify the prewiring by as well.

If you have Voyager you'll need the Voyager WiSight 2.0 Wireless Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision for Prewired RV - 4.3" Screen # ASA24YR or 7" monitor screen # ASA37YR.

If you have Furrion prewiring then you'll have quite a few different options to choose from:

Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System 4.3" Monitor # FOS43TASF
Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System 5" Monitor # FOS05TASF

Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Observation Camera System - Side Marker Light Cameras 5" Monitor # FCE48TASL-05
Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Observation Camera System - Side Marker Light Cameras - 7" Monitor # FCE48TASL-07

The 4.3" # FOS43TASF is only compatible with one camera, whereas the 5" or 7" monitor options are capable of connecting to up to 4 cameras. If you get the 5" # FOS05TASF you can always add on the side marker cameras later if you decide you want them as well.
