There isn't a way to adapt the Jack Rabbit you have now from a 6-1/2 foot bed to fit a 5-3/4 foot bed unfortunately so you'd have to go with the correct Pace Edwards JackRabbit for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 5-3/4 ft bed with the part # 311-M-JRCA27A58.

The Explorer Rails #311-TE5117 can be added to the Pace Edwards Full-Metal JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover #PE88CV. These will fit the 6-1/2' bed on your 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD High Country.
