I do not see a way that using the Saris Freedom Bike Rack for 2 Recumbents Bikes # SA4412B-R will fit on the tongue of the Malone EcoLight Sport Trailer with J-Style Carriers # MAL93FR and allow you to carry the bikes and kayaks.

The Malone EcoLight Sport Trailer with J-Style Carriers # MAL93FR is only 10'9" long, which means there will be a good amount of overhang on both the front and back of the trailer while carrying 14' kayaks. The rack also hasn't been approved for use on anything outside of a vehicle hitch.

There are a couple other potential options though.

1) There is the Hitch-It 2 Bike Rack for Straight Tongue Trailers # LC731138. This does not require an adapter for alternate-frame bikes. I'd would still be a little worried about kayak clearance.

2) Then there is also the Malone 2" Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver # MPG544 which will allow you to use your ball mount on the bottom and the bike rack on the top. But you will want to note that the adapter will reduce your hitches tongue weight capacity by 50%. I am not sure what vehicle/hitch you have, but if you have a tongue weight capacity of at least 300 lbs. before being cut by 50%, then you can still use the rack to full capacity.
