Can Convert a Ball Fifth Wheel Adapter be Locked
Question:
afternoon, About 6 years ago I bought a Covertaball- fifth wheel adapter from your company. It has worked well since purchasing. Now i would be interested in buying a locking device for your product. Cay you recommend a product that would work with this Covertaball device?

Your Convert-a-Ball 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter part # CAB-C5G can be locked with a padlock like our part # ML4140LH.
You'd pass the shackle of the lock through the locking handle slot and out the hole in the foot of the coupler. This prevents the coupler from being opened, so it can be used while the trailer is hitched or when it's not. Either way, the lock will help deter theft by making it difficult to unlock the coupler.
