How Do I Measure My RV Toilet Rough-In On My 2010 Coachland Freelander?

Question:

Hi, I have a 2010 Coachman Freelander RV. The bathroom is small. I bought a Domestic 320 because all toilets where out of stock. My old Theraford is leaking and wanted to upgrade. My toilet is mounted in the corner with four inches behind of clearance. Do I measure diagonally or straight from the wall? Straight from the wall is also 8inch and diagonal just 11. Will the Dometic 320 fit? I have the new one but dont want to take it out of the box if it will not fit. I have trip in two weeks and all toilets are out of stock presently. Thank you for your time. Have an awesome day.

So when it comes to measuring your rough-in for your toilet, you'll want to measure straight from the center of the flange on the floor to the wall.

If that measurement is less than 11", the Dometic 320 Full-Timer RV Toilet - Standard Height # DOM87FR will not fit.

If you do have an 8" rough-in, unfortunately the closest toilet we carry is the Dometic 300 Weekender RV Toilet - Standard Height # DOM74FR which has an 8-1/2" rough-in.
