Will the Replacement Rhino-Rack Vortex Strip fit the OEM Bars on a 2023 Toyota RAV4?

I have a Toyota OEM roof rack, part number PW301-47009. Will your Rhino-Rack vortex strip part number RRM626 fit the slots in this rack?

Since we do not carry a direct OEM replacement you're going to need to remove a piece of your existing strip and take some measurements.

You'll want to measure the height, length and width and compare them to # RRM626. This strip measures 15-3/4" long, has an overall width of 7/8". is 3/16" tall, and has an inner width of 1/2".

Attached is a diagram of these measurements for you to reference, however if you a different size strip let me know what you need and I can see if we have something for you.

If a roof rack is whistling and there is a channel on it that is exposed the solution is adding more of the rubber strip to cover the hole. For that you would want the part #RRM626 which is 15-3/4 inches long but can be cut to size as needed.

The correct adapter to allow you to use your Thule 594XT in the top channel of your crossbars is the XADAPT2 part #XADAPT2 that you referenced. This would be all that you need.

In order to use your Thule Sidearm Roof Mounted Bike Rack part TH594XT on your new crossbars you will actually need to use the Thule Xadapt3 Xsporter Load Bar Adapter part #THXADAPT3 which gives you the longer bolts to install the rack.

Thule Replacement Knob part #753-0745 is the correct knob for the Sidearm rack's ratcheting arm. It fits both versions of this rack. For the knob that secures the carrier to the roof rack crossbar use M6 part #753-0783.
