Low Profile Roof Top Tent Recommendation for a 2019 Subaru Forester
Question:
How tall, when mounted and not deployed is this tent when traveling on the road? I would be mounted on a 2019 Subaru Forester with the following cross bars already installed Malone Airflow2 Aero Bar Rack For Raised Rails - 50. I have approximately 11inch to 12inch of clearance into garage without removing anything from cross bars.

When the Yakima SkyRise HD Tent for Roof Rack Crossbars # Y07436 is folded up it measures 48" wide x 42" long x 16-1/2" tall so it will be a few inches taller than the opening to your garage when mounted on top of your 2019 Subaru Forester.
For a similar tent option I recommend checking out the Thule Tepui Foothill Rooftop Tent # TH37HJ which has a slightly different design up folds down so it only sits 9-1/2" tall, so this will definitely allow you to pull into your garage without removing the tent.
