Can The etrailer Replacement RV Dinette Tables Be Used On Dinette That Turns Into A Bed

Question:

Hello, I am looking at the replacement table top you make. The camper is in use so I cant measure the table top but I am hoping those are pretty much standard sizes. What I need to know is will this table top replacement be OK to sleep on in our double bench with table sleeping accommodations? Please let Me hear from you. Thank you much

The ability to use the etrailer Replacement RV Dinette Tabletop # e97RR is really going to rely on the supports that you use and the amount of weight placed on it. If your legs are collapsible and don't support the table top when in the sleeping position you could run into issues depending on how much of the table top is being held up by the seating area. Each setup is a bit different so it's a bit of a case by case scenario.

If you wanted to take any guessing out of it you could just get a replacement leg # e69RR and cut the tube down to the right size for the table top is in the sleeping position to add support. These legs just pop right out of the mounting brackets so it would be easy to remove the taller leg for when it's in the dinette position and pop in the smaller leg for when it's time to go to sleep.

These tables are new venture here so we haven't had much time to really get to test them out besides trying the sizes out in some of the trailers we have on site to see what sizes we should be carrying. I will say there does not seem to be a standard size so you will want to actually measure your table and space to see if this is the right fit for your trailer.
