Parts Needed to Install 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness on 2012 Harley Davidson Electra Glide  

I have a 2012 Harley Davidson Electra Glide motorcycle. I am attempting to convert the current 5-wire set-up to a 4-wire system. Bike currently has separate Brake, Turn Signal, and Tail Lamp wires. I need to combine the Brake and Turn Signal wire into a single wire going to a single filament. I know this is often done with automobiles having similar wiring when converting to a 4-wire flat connector for trailer towing. Im wondering what you can recommend to me for such a conversion? Im very capable of soldering and making up my own harness, but I believe there are actual modules out there for sale that can be incorporated into the existing harness via splice and re-solder. I am removing the entire rear end of my motorcycle, including all wiring, bulbs, sockets, and fixtures, and replacing them with new parts, including a 2-bulb tail light set-up that uses two 1157 type bulbs, similar to what a boat or utility trailer might have. Any help would be appreciated.
