Are There Disc Brakes for a 3,500 Lb Trailer Axle with 6 on 5-1/2" Bolt Pattern

My trailer has 3500lb axles and the 6 bolt pattern, will this work?

I do have an option for you but if you want to switch to disc brakes, you'd need to pick out new wheels as they don't offer any brakes kits for a 3,500 lb axle with a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. The DeeMaxx Disc Brake Kit part # DE66YR would be correct for you and you can take a look at the link below for new wheels.
Unfortunately, you can't simply use a set of brakes for a larger axle with the bolt pattern you need as they won't fit on the spindle.
