The correct rain shield for your MaxxAir MaxxFan 4401K # MA00A04401K would be the MaxxAir II RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover w/ EZClip - White # MA76JR. This cover comes with a pin & clip connectors to easily attach to 2015 and newer MaxxAir vents, but also includes mounting hardware so you can mount it to older models.
If you have an older model unit and need to screw in mounting brackets then I recommend picking up some butyl tape # AL28FJ to place on the back of the mounting holes on the brackets to help seal up the screws and prevent water from leaking into the vent.
