Yes, the Lippert Tandem Axle Equa-Flex AP Kit item # LC64FR will work with the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit item # LC696740.

From the measurements you provided, the Lippert Road Armor #LC696740 is going to be the better option. You will also need the #LC64FR to complete it. This will include wet bolts and all shackles, but they will be a little shorter at 3 1/8 inches.
