Weight Capacity of the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch 306-X7257
Question:
I am looking at buying the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 306-X7257 for my 2019 STi. So I can attach a motorcycle carrier to it picture of possible carrier attached. Is this trailer hitch able to hold the weight of the carrier 92lbs and the 414lbs motorcycle totaling 506lbs? And if so, does that take into consideration going over bumps like railroad tracks?

The EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch item # 306-X7257 has a towing capacity of 3,500 lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 525 lbs. The hitch will be able to handle the 506 lbs but you will want to verify what your Subaru's capacity is. Sometimes the hitches are overrated for the vehicles they fit due to different models. The best way to verify your car's capacity is to call a local Subaru dealership and give them your VIN.
The hitch manufacturer's do product testing on tracks with speedbumps and other common obstacles you'll encounter during daily driving so I am sure whatever the rating is will be good for going over railroad tracks.
I have linked an installation video below.
