5th wheel pin boxes will have a sticker on the side of the pin box to indicate the bolt pattern. It will include a serial number, an RPO number, or even an LCI number and a date of manufacture. For example, the most common pin box in use today is a Lippert 1621 for that you would want the Gen-Y Hitch Shock Absorbing 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # GY56FR.

In order to determine your 2021 Heartland Bighorn 3995FK pin box I would need you to email me these numbers or better yet a picture of the sticker. With that information I can contact Lippert and find out exactly what you have and make an accurate recommendation.

You will also need the Safety Chain with 2 Hooks for Gen-Y 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # GY49GR. The Gen-Y does not include the safety chains required by law.
