Replacement Mounting Hardware For a Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13149 On a 2015 Toyota RAV4
Question:
Hi, Would you know which size bolts and conical toothed washers would be used to install a Curt 13149 trailer hitch onto a 2015 Toyota RAV. And, is it recommended that the bolts be Grade 8? Thanks!

Expert Reply:
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13149 will require four M12-1.25, 35mm long, class 10.9 bolts and four 1/2" conical tooth washers to attach to your 2015 Toyota RAV4. The class 10.9 is used for metric bolt grading and is similar to the grade 8 classification. If you are unable to source all these parts locally you can order a Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK for the receiver.
