Do Nylon Trailer Suspension Bushings Need Grease

do plastic bushings for the equalizers need to be greased?

I am pretty sure you are talking about trailer suspension equalizer bushings. If they are nylon bushings it's recommended that you grease them at install and then every 3,000 miles or so. For grease we have the part # L11316.
