Recommended Bike Rack for Gazelle Step-Thru E-Bikes
Question:
The ? that was asked: Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4 and 2 Hitches - Tilting # INH120 What if your bike has fenders? Will rack still work? asked by: Dwight P Expert Reply: The Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Platform Rack part # INH120 is a wheel mount bike rack and wheel mount bike racks cannot be used on bikes with fenders. Therefore, you will need to use a different bike rack. I recommend the Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4inch and 2inch Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting # C18085 which is a frame mount bike rack therefore there wont be any issues with bikes that have fenders. What if I dont have a top tube on my frame on my ebike, These are my bikes. What rack do you recommend I have a Ford F150

Thanks for the pictures! The best bike rack for your Gazelle Step-Thru E-Bikes is going to be the Yakima OnRamp Bike Rack item # Y36FR. Neither one of the bike racks you referenced will work with fenders or be capable of handling the weight.
The Yakima OnRamp has a 66 lbs capacity per bike. It has clamps that can rotate and fit around your bike's alternative frame and hold it in place. So don't worry about not having a top tube. One of the best features of this bike rack is the ramp that is built into the rack to make loading and unloading the bikes as easy as possible.
The Yakima OnRamp can accommodate tires up to 3-1/4" wide. This bike rack can be used behind any motor vehicle, motorhome, trailer, or flat towed vehicle.
I have linked a review video below.
