Do I need to have a battery disconnect on my 2021 GMC Canyon diesel while flat towing? I do have a Air Force one installed, installer didn’t install one and battery has been dead in the past!

Your 2021 GMC Canyon with the diesel engine should have come with a Roadmaster Battery Disconnect # RM93MR. This battery disconnect specifically is for use with a diesel engine. You should have also had a Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 installed to prevent the Demco Air Force One # SM99243 from draining your vehicle battery as it will need power to operate correctly.
