Can you tell me if this is suitable for a duel axle Hawk horse trailer,2009. Item #23-26-27. Dexter eclectic brakes

If your horse trailer has 3,500 lb axles then yes the Dexter electric brake kit part # 23-26-27 would be correct. You can verify this by checking the axle tag for the capacity listed or you could measure the diameter of your current drums. If they are 10 inch then this would fit and work great.
