How Does B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck Install in 1987 Chevy Truck
Question:
Hello, curious as to how this BWGNRK1400-5W would mount to a 1987 Chevy v20 pickup. wasn’t sure if it has brackets to mount on side of frame or it’s just that one piece in the picture that bolts to top of frame. I already have the Companion 5th wheel for my newer truck and would like to use for my older truck also. Any info would help thanks.

The B and W Turnoverball Rail Kit part # BWGNRK1400-5W does get set on top of the truck bed frame of your 1987 Chevy and then after you drill some holes in your truck frame attaches through them. To see the entire process check out the install instructions link I attached on this page. This is correct kit for the Companion you have now as well.
