I do have an option for you but the only truck bed mat options we offer for a 2023 Honda Ridgeline are carpet like the BedRug Custom Truck Bed Mat part # BMH17RBS which is what I recommend. This mat is nice because there is a split in the middle that allows for access to your in-bed trunk. I checked with all our other truck bed mat manufacturers and none of them make a rubber bed mat for this vehicle unfortunately. The only option you'd have for one is to go universal and then trim to fit your truck bed. For this, I recommend the Black Armour Heavy-Duty Universal Truck Bed Mat part # BA72TR.
