The B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler part # BWTEXA4200 isn't designed for any one particular bed size, it simply provides an additional 10" of turning clearance between the truck and trailer. There are simply too many truck and trailer combinations out there to test everything so you'll need to measure to determine clearance. I have attached a photo below to assist with measuring.

According to B&W, the Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler adjustment holes are 7/8 inch in diameter. I'd recommend using the Draw-Tite #58388 as a through pin. The pin is 6 inches long by 3/4 inches in diameter.
