Will the Curt Roof Top Carrier Weight too Much for a Toyota Highlander Roof Rack

Will the roof rack add too much height for a suv. Toyota highlander to go into,most,parking ramps without sustaining damage nightmare?

The Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # C18115 that you referenced weighs 40 lbs. You will need to consult the owners manual of your Toyota Highlander to determine if you have enough roof weight capacity for this cargo basket plus any cargo.
This product would add a little more than 4-1/2 inches to the height of your vehicle. It will be up to you to determine if that added height would cause interference with low hanging overhead obstructions.
