Most likely the gear pack on the right side is worn and skipped a bit throwing off the alignment of your slide out. You should first start by checking for any kind of obstructions that could prevent the slide out from fully retracting and then start looking at the gear pack for any damage to the teeth.

I've attached a video below where I remove and replace the gear pack so you can see exactly how to do this. I recommend running the slide out about 3/4 of the way out and using a floor jack and piece of wood to slightly lift the box up and take tension off of the gear pack assembly.

If the teeth are chewed up then you'll want to swap it out with the same size you currently have. To figure this out you can measure the arm assembly (beam that the slide out box sits on and interacts with the gear pack). We offer the following sizes:

2" x 2" # LC281331
2.5" x 2.5" # LC123356
2" x 3" or 3" x 3" # LC140409

The next step would be to check the placement of your slide out's stop can. It's possibly that the jam nuts could have wiggled loose and allowed movement of the stop throwing off the alignment of the box. I've attached the steps to adjust this below.

Let me know what you find and we can keep troubleshooting further if these steps don't fix the issue.
