Based on my research ProCraft was bought out by a competitor and is no longer in production. I was not able to find a confirmed source for their trailer specs.

However, you can identify a correct replacement hub using the part numbers from the original components and by confirming the axle weight rating for your particular trailer. Thank you for providing the bearing numbers and measurements from your hubs.

You referenced two different hubs, Dexter parts # 8-258-5UC1 and 84545UC1-EZ. Both have a 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern. However, these differ in the supplied bearings as well as their weight ratings. Hub part # 8-258-5UC1 uses inner and outer bearing number L44649 and is intended for 2000-lb axles and wheels from 12- to 15-inches. Hub part # 84545UC1-EZ uses inner bearing L68149, outer bearing L44649, and is intended for 3500-lb axles.

Since your bearing numbers match those in part # 84545UC1-EZ, this kit would be the correct one as long as your current hubs have a 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern and your axle is 3500-lb-rated. I have included a video on this item.

I have also included both an article and demonstration video covering the process of repacking trailer bearings. You might consider a bearing packer such as # L70025 (a demo video for this part is included) along with marine trailer grease # L54FR.
