MLK1 MasterLock Replacement Key for Coupler Locks

I lost the key to a four lock keyed-a -like set. No one could help me, even Masterlock with a reasonable cost replacement. Since I had the original key number I was able to locate the replacement with etrailer without taking out another mortgage or buying another complete set. It arrived and works perfectly!
From the information off my key I was able to obtain a copy of my masterlock key. The product itself is great. I checked all keys and they worked without issue. The only problem I ran into was after placing my order I received notification that they were out of stock (and if I remember correctly it stated they were in stock on the site). It took nearly a month to receive it but they did communicate with me within a reasonable amount of time to let me know it was out of stock and when it's expected to be available with the option to cancel. So the company has great communication and the item worked well.
As old as these Master Locks were, they were able to get a pair of keys made for each.
It did take a couple of weeks to get them but I'm sure research had to be done to find the right cut. Everything works great.
Item is as described. I will not hesitate to purchase from etrailer.com in the future. Great customer support! Item was not in stock initially but etrailer kept me informed throughout the process.
Works well. The fit inside the lock is a little tight compared to the key that came with the lock -- requires some persuasion to get this one in, but it does unlock the lock.
I ordered master lock keys and received a good product, outstanding customer service, and good follow through on tracking the order.

Had a covid delay. Staff did great keeping me apprised of the status of my order. I recommend etrailer.
I placed an order for replacment keys. They where delayed, which was no problem for me. But the staff called and emailed me on a regular basis to let me know 1) they where delayed 2) they had arrived 3) they had been shipped and 4) I should have received, which I had).
Thank you for everyone's excellent customer service. Its something that is missing in a lot of business, but not with this group of dedicated employees.
