We have several transmission coolers that are recommended for your 2007 Nissan Xterra. I have included a link to them for you. The most popular is # D13503 that you have referenced. Since transmission coolers are not vehicle specific you can install any one that will fit in the available space in the engine compartment.
I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation for you. There are no specific additional steps needed to install the cooler on your Xterra. You may not have to take off the front clip either if you do not want to. We do it in the videos to make it easier to see what is going on.
