Will the Thule spare me, spare tire rack fit with KMC KM541 Dirty Harry wheels? For a 2003 Toyota sequoia limited 4x4.

Based off of just the wheel size of your KMC KM541 Dirty Harry wheel, the Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Rack - Spare Tire Mount - Folding Dual Arms # TH963PRO will work as this bike rack can fit tires that are up to 12.5" wide and up to 33" in diameter, and those wheels are 17x9.

With that being said, you are going to want to verify the size of the tires that your wheels are attached to for a more clear answer. As long as the tires you're using are within those mentioned parameters you're good to go.

I think it's also worth mentioning that this bike rack only has a capacity of 75-lbs total, so be sure that whatever you're planning on using is under 75-lbs (or 37.5-lbs each bike).
