Can 2-5/16 inch Hitch Ball be Used with Gen-Y Torsion Weight Distribution Cushioned Shank
Question:
Which standard 2 5/ 16 hitch ball attachment will fit this hitch: Item # GY92RR The current hitch ball is too high even at the lowest setting I only goes down to 23 inches measured at the top of the 2-5/16 ball It needs to go down to 16 inches at the top of the hitch ball I dont need a weight distribution setup

Expert Reply:
With the Gen-Y Cushioned Weight Distribution Shank part # GY92RR you could use the ball mount adapter part # BA-1 so that you could use a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball like the # BWHB94050 and you'd be set. This would limit the setup to towing a 10,000 lb trailer though.
