Where Are RV Air Conditioner System Temperature Probes Located

Question:

Is this statement true? Furrion units have the sensor in the roof unit, so they sense the air outside, and using the fan try to compareinch that to the cabin air. The wall thermostat is not really a thermostat, there is no sensor in it. The problem is that unless the fan is running all the time, the sensor does not measure the temp difference in your RV and the difference in temp can be wildly off, by 10 degrees or more. Furrions recommendation is to run the fan all the time,

You're correct, and that is actually the case with all of the brands that we currently carry. The actual temperature probe is typically built into the controller # FR43PR (pictured below). If you want the system to get an accurate temperature reading you will need to run the fan to pull the hot air up to the probe.
