The factory puck system for Chevy did not come out until 2016 so you most likely have the Reese Elite Underbed system. It is similar but the pattern is different. The Reese Elite uses the same pattern on their puck system as Ford does.

With this in mind, you will want the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider item # BWRVK3370. This hitch has the Ford legs at the bottom of the slider. It will drop right down into the Reese Elite pucks for a secure connection. The Companion Slider has a 20,000 lbs capacity and will give you 12" of travel for making tight turns and backing.

I really like the Companion because of its 1" thick dual jaws that will give you a 360-degree jaw to kingpin contact. This system minimizes the chucking, jarring and noise that can occur when towing a fifth wheel trailer. This not only provides a more secure connection but also a quieter more comfortable towing experience.

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # BWRVK3670 weighs 300 lbs and is made in the USA. I have linked an installation and review video below that will show you what the Companion Slider looks like installed.

To make towing with a 5th wheel easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long item # C56000. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
