Will Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Carrier, # S64663, Fit a Class A Motor Home While Flat Towing

we would like to install your bike rack on the back of our class a motorhome, we flat tow a smart car and we use a blueox tow bar .................we like the rack that the bike sits in the slots .............we are not to crazy for the blue ox rack/s .............. will your rack work for us

If your Class A motor home has a 4 to 4-1/2 inch square steel bumper with a continuous weld the length of the bumper AND it is rated for weight carrying then yes, you can use the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Carrier, # S64663. You would not be able to install it in the trailer hitch if you are flat towing a vehicle unless you used a dual receiver deigned for flat towing and an accessory such as # RM-077-2.

The other issue that you need to be careful of is turning with the toad and the bike rack installed. You will need to do a low speed test to see if there will be any interference between the toad and the bike rack when making turns.
