I recommend the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire w/ 12" Galvanized Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR D # AM31202. The ST145/R12 are very similar to the 4.80x12. The tire has a load range D, has a ply rating of 8 and has a maximum load of 1,220 pounds at 65 psi. It has a maximum speed rating of 65 mph. You can also buy the tire # TTWSF48012C and galvanized rim # AM20134 separately.
