Though we have not installed the etrailer hitch #e95ZR onto a 2023 Kia Telluride here at etrailer yet and have no pictures, per the manufacturer it is confirmed to fit your 2023 Kia Telluride. This custom hitch will bolt directly to your Telluride. I like the etrailer hitch because it has a matte black powder coated finish which will keep scratches and scuffs that you will get while towing less visible. To finish up your towing journey I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45554.
