Parts Needed To Upgrade from a 20K B&W Companion RVK3715 to 25K On a 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500
Question:
I have a BandW OEM Chevy2022 20K hitch and need to upgrade to the 25K hitch. It looks like the head #RVC3006 is the same for each hitch. Would I just need to purchase the 25K base #RVB3715 to make the change to the 25K hitch or would I need a full new hitch?

You will only need to use the 25K Base # BWRVB3715 with the Head # BWRVC3006 from your 20K Companion # BWRVK3710 to use in your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 long bed with factory in bed puck system. This combination will give you the B&W 25K Companion # BWRVK3715. You might consider getting the entire hitch as it will be much easier to sell your 20K Hitch # BWRVK3710 to offset some of the cost of the stronger 25K 5th wheel hitch.
