Does Furrion Tankless RV Water Heater Just Power 12 Volt

I currently have an Atwood water heater that I am wanting to replace. I am wanting to use this tankless water heater as it seems to be the closest and easiest to convert while keeping awesome quality. My question is this. The tankless water heater is powered to DC but My Atwood water heater is powered by AC 120 volt. Here is my question, Is it possible to just power the tankless water heater to AC/120 volt system instead of using batteries? If it is possible, then I have found my tankless water heater. Please let me know so I can move forward with my purchase. I thank you in advance.

The Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR98SR is indeed 12 volt only and cannot be used with 120 volt AC power. The only 120 volt powered water heater is from Dometic, the Dometic RV Water Heater - Gas and Electric # DMC74FR.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
