Installation Assistance With Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless Brake Controller on 2014 Chevy Express Van
Question:
what wire on the brake switch do you tap into for the signal wire for the brake controller?

The Tekonsha Prodigy RF Wireless Brake Controller # TK94FR includes a 7-way connector on the cable that is plugged directly into the 7-way connector on your 2014 Chevy Express Van. I have linked a brief installation video of this brake controller.
If you were installing a standard, hard-wired brake controller then you would have to tap into the brake switch under your dash, however the Prodigy RF Wireless Brake Controller # TK94FR that you referenced does not require this process.
In order for the Prodigy RF Wireless Controller to work you will need a 7-way and 4-way connector wired into your 2014 Chevy Express Van. If you do not have factory installed 7-way and 4-way connectors on your 2014 Chevy Express Van I recommend the Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7 for your 7-way connector and the Tow-Ready # 118392 for your 4-way.
I have attached brief installation videos of the # ETBC7 Kit in a 2003 Chevy Express Van and # 118392 on a 2012 Chevy Express Van for your reference.
I have also linked helpful FAQ articles covering trailer wiring, ETBC7 installations and installing brake controllers from scratch that will lend insight.
