I recommend the Dexter Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator # T43397007K to replace your Titan Model 60 that is no longer functioning. This actuator is very similar to your model 60 as this is Dexter's Model 60 who acquired Titan. It is rated slightly higher at 7,000lbs trailer weight and 700lbs tongue weight which will still be compatible with your trailer. The mounting bolts are spread 3" apart on center which should match what you currently have as well.
A Solenoid Valve # T4748800 can be added to the actuator if you do not have free backing brake drums. This will allow you to back up your trailer by locking out the brake fluid when you connect to a 5-way flat harness.
