Typical 15k BTU rated RV AC units draw 1,750 watts so you'd need 9 200 watt panels like the Redarc # RED66VR.

But there's a lot of other things you'd need to consider like your battery type so what I would recommend you do is check out the attached solar power calculator to determine what you'd need.
