Determining How Large Of a Thule Force XT Roof Box Will Fit on a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport?

You recommended to another 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport owner who had factory cross bars to get this box - Thule Force XT Rooftop Cargo Box # TH6357B - I have aftermarket - RhinoRack crossbars set on flush rails as recommended by e-trailer. I wonder if this will work for me and also if there are any larger boxes over 16cu ft that would also fit.

Yes, you will be able to secure the 16 Cubic Foot Thule Force XT L Rooftop Cargo Box # TH6357B to the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA137B-2 and Legs # RRSX032 on your 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. To determine if you will be able to fit the larger 18 Cubic Foot # TH6358B or 22 Cubic Foot # TH6359B you will need to measure from the centerline on your front crossbar to the edge of the roof where your rear hatch meets the roof. The 18 cubic foot box requires 51-1/8" while the 22 cubic foot box needs 54-3/4" for the rear hatch to open with the roof box.
