Are the Plastic Connecting Elbows Replaceable on the Thule Tram Ski and Snowboard Carrier Adapter

Question:

Do you have the plastic parts of the Thule tram that holds the u_shaped ski holder to the frame, both front and back sections? I included picture but ignore the red arrows, I need the plastic parts holding the u shaped bar to the frame, front and back...

I checked with Thule, the plastic connecting elbows you're referencing are not available as replacement parts on the Thule Tram Ski and Snowboard Carrier Adapter for Hitch Bike Racks part # TH9033. Therefore, you can either try to find these on the secondhand market which albeit is high unlikely or you can replace it. If you have a roof rack you can switch to a roof carrier which are more economical, the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier part # RR574 for example.
