The Yakima roof rack system that you referenced will fit your 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a hardtop by attaching to your drip rails/raingutters.

To order a complete system you will need 1 set (qty 2) 58 inch round crossbar # Y00409 and 1 set (qty 4) raingutter towers # Y00101.

Please be advised that since drip rails/raingutters are not structural the maximum allowable load is skis or snowboards only. You should install the towers on the rear roof panels only and do not install the towers on the removable front panel.

This system has a couple of accessories that may be of interest. The first are lock cores that are keyed alike. The Yakima lock core is # Y07204 and comes with a set of 4 cores. This set is automatically keyed the same and comes with 4 lock cores, 2 keyed alike core keys, and 1 control key. I have also attached a brief installation video for you.

To add the finished look on your crossbars check out the Yakima endcap # Y8007026. Endcaps are not only aesthetically pleasing but also prevent dirt and debris from getting into the crossbars.
