For your 2022 Jeep Gladiator you need the Roadmaster Wiring Kit with Smart Diodes for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RM47ZR as well as the 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-146-7. This is designed around the LED lights on your Mojave so everything will continue to work properly.
Unfortunately there aren't any plug-in options that tee in behind the tail lights of your vehicle.
