Recommended Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension for Forest River R-Pod RP-177
Question:
I have a 2014 Rpod RP177 with a dry weight around 2500lbs. Im interested in Timbren Axles but Im not 100 sure what axle size to get. I am considering a lift and bigger tires for the camper.

The gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of a Forest River R-Pod RP-177 is 3,728 lbs therefore I recommend the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension part # TASR35HDS06 which has a 3,500 lb rating. I do understand this is less than the GVWR but that's the case for nearly every trailer as you still must factor in tongue weight. This system will also provide a 2" lift and the ability to add larger off-road tires. I have attached for you below new brakes and hubs/drums.
