Troubleshooting Everchill Fridge Not Working and Freezer Freezing Up

FREEZER FREEZES UP AND FRIDGE DONT WORK. WHAT WOULD THE ISSUE BE HERE? BAD THERMOSTAT OR NEED NEW FRIDGE WD-282FWDC -6 is model number

The biggest thing we've found to be the problem with the Everchill fridges, like part # 324-000119, is the ground was insufficient. Try reconnecting the ground to a clean, bare-metal surface and see if that helps. You also need to make sure you let it thaw out completely and that it's draining properly.

If you do all that and it still isn't working then it could be the thermostat or you'd need a new fridge. If it's still under warranty then I recommend pursuing that as I've seen that approach has worked sometimes as well.
