For your 2004 Honda CR-V with raised roof rails we have the Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers # RRVA106S-2 and # RRSX100 as a confirmed fit which would work really well. This is a higher quality roof rack with aero shaped bars that doesn't cost as much as similar racks of it's quality. To add locks to the rack you'd also want the part # RRVA-LEC4.
