First you are going to want to check the vehicle owners manual to determine the towing capacity of the 2013 Volkswagen GTI. As long as it has the capacity to handle the combined weight of the trailer and motorcycles then you can install a hitch and tow that trailer. The hitches available for the 2013 GTI, see link, are rated for a maximum of 2,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 200 pounds tongue weight and that includes Curt hitch # C11000 that you have selected.
The recommended ball mount with the hitch is part # C45016. Add the pin and clip # F-4 and you will just need to add a properly sized ball and wiring to complete the towing set up. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19286.
For trailer wiring there are currently no aftermarket options so you will need to visit a VW dealer and inquire about adding wiring.
